Early last year, I experienced ChatGPT for the first time at my son's suggestion. The first thing I asked ChatGPT was "what to get my wife as a 30th anniversary present." Of the various suggestions, I ended up preparing "cash." Ever since then, ChatGPT has taken on two roles, as my personal assistant and mentor. When I wake up in the morning. I ask ChatGPT to tell me the day's major news. Then, during my morning commute, I have a conversation with ChatGPT about the "입트영" topic from the day before. I speak in English, and then ChatGPT corrects me with more natural and conversational expressions. When we discuss moving stories, it feels as though I am the main character, and it makes me feel even happier."입트영" covers a variety of topics. As I discuss each topic with ChatGPT, I experience firsthand not only an improvement in my English skills but also an increase in knowledge across various fields.

My husband and I have been married for just over a year, so we're still newlyweds. My husband was a year behind me in the same department at college. He was my closest friend for nine years, and we spent a lot of time together. Then, when I turned 30, he proposed to me. His sudden proposal left me deep in thought for a month. Trusting his hardworking and kind nature that I had known for so long, I decided to start going out with him. After dating for 2 years and 8 months, we finally tied the knot. But the process wasn't easy. My husband was in Bucheon, and I was in Jeonju, so we had a long-distance relationship. Despite the tough circumstances, I was moved by his consideration and consistent sacrifice. That's how I decided to marry him. We can't see each other every day, but I feel secure and grateful for my husband, who creates memories with me every week.

I graduated from a special-purpose high school where I lived in a dormitory in the countryside. The principal at the time was very strict about discipline and guidance. He believed that the school had to completely isolate students from temptations and make them focus solely on their studies to achieve good results in college admissions. As a result, we had an extremely tight daily schedule, and we had almost no freedom. We weren't allowed to have cell phones or laptops. I do think the perseverance I developed during that time has shaped who I am today. But competing with my classmates in such a suffocating environment made it one of the hardest periods of my life.I've become a parent myself since then. I see the growing fervor among parents for special-purpose high schools and constantly wonder what kind of educational environment would truly be the best for my child.

When I was in college, I went to China as an exchange student. Since then, I always dreamed of living abroad. So, when I got married and moved to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, with my husband, it felt like it was my destiny. For the first year after the move, we lived in an apartment near Hanoi's Korean town. As a result, it didn't really feel like I was living abroad. Stepping outside, I was surrounded by Koreans, Korean language, and Korean food. A year passed by that way.Our child grew up during that time, and we decided to transfer him from a Korean kindergarten to an international one. We also moved to a new place. We decided to move to a neighborhood where many locals and foreigners reside. I had always thought that living abroad would feel like a constant trip, and now I finally feel like I'm living that kind of life.

On-call workers must be able to report to work immediately, usually at night, on weekends, or on holidays. As a result, they always need to keep their phones close by. In fields like healthcare or IT support, where quick action is crucial, employees often take it in turns to be on call.In my case, I was once on call to perform compatibility tests for organ transplants from brain-dead donors. Since I never knew when or in what situation the phone might ring, I could never fully relax. I always wore a smartwatch when I went to bed, to avoid missing any calls while I slept. Even in the shower, I made sure to have my phone nearby.Though it was tense day after day, I felt a sense of pride knowing I could help save a life. However, I do hope that those who give up their everyday routine for this kind of work receive fair compensation.
