[Study Group Questions]

1. What are some minor skin irritations you have experienced? How did you treat them?
2. How do you decide whether to see a doctor for an illness or injury?
3. Have you ever put off seeing a doctor? Why did you hesitate? Did you regret it?

[Response]

Late last year, I started feeling something between the sole of my foot and my toes. It turned out to be a corn. Over time, it got darker and more uncomfortable.
My parents advised me to see a dermatologist right away, saying the sooner I had it removed, the better. But I am terrible with pain, so I wanted to see if I could get rid of it naturally. Then one day, I noticed the corn starting to lift a bit. So, after soaking my foot in warm water, I pulled it out myself. I was very relieved that it healed completely, without ever needing to go to the doctor.
After four months of constant irritation, it felt amazing to finally get rid of that corn. It felt like all the bad energy had vanished from my body.
